Hi, I’m Carmen.

I spent much of my 25-year career in clean energy and climate working alongside engineers, scientists, policy makers and business leaders. But it wasn’t until I took a much-needed gap year that I realized I had the skills, experience, and out-of-the-box systems thinking to help connect the disparate systems and be a catalyst for a paradigm shift in our industry, from incremental changes to bold, inspired action.

And I believe we not only need to increase the pace of implementation for all the boxy solutions we have in our toolbox, but we also need to urgently invite more of nature’s interconnected, complex, circuitous, and often overlooked circular solutions.

This isn’t a job for me, it’s my passion. Because I know that it’s imperative we implement more of these solutions before it’s too late for our children’s future.
